The lower foundation, over which will be the living area of the house has been poured. They've begun forming the footings which will be under the entry porch and parking deck.

The poured piers for the retaining wall at the lower left corner of the lot. You can see from the steepness of the bank that it has come off in chunks. We're required to try to shore up any further erosion. The piers are around 6 ft. tall.

This tie beam had to be moved/re-formed to the opposite diagonal the next day to give us room for another bedroom if we want it.

A few days later they poured the upper grade beams. The wooden forms are removed.

The second concrete pouring is completed. The upper retaining walls and the parking deck remain to be done, along with a considerable amount of excavation.
